Buffalo Valley, Inc. can also provide psychological evaluations, self esteem enhancement training, and life skills counseling. The Call Center Associate operates a multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to the appropriate personnel by performing the following duties. The CCA is also responsible for conducting pre-admission interviews with prospective clients.

By reason of proficiency and aptitude, has been assigned additional duties to aid in the day-to-day operations of the clinical program and given the opportunity to expand personal/professional supervisory skills. Substance abuse counselors must have a responsibility and a dedication to the overall harmonious functioning of Buffalo Valley, Inc. at our Hohenwald, TN location.

Responsible for supervision and care of individuals located in Lewisburg, TN.
