Buffalo Valley is seeking individuals in long-term recovery from substance use disorders to serve as Recovery Navigators. In this meaningful role, Recovery Navigators engage with patients in hospital settings who have experienced an overdose, are undergoing withdrawal, or have been identified with a primary substance use disorder. Through compassionate support, advocacy, and the power of lived experience, Navigators help connect individuals to treatment programs, recovery resources, and ongoing support services.

The primary goal of this program is to reduce repeat overdoses and increase access to treatment and recovery services by meeting individuals at critical moments in their recovery journey. Recovery Navigators provide encouragement, guidance, and hope by sharing their personal recovery experiences and helping patients navigate the path toward lasting recovery.

Enters training, supervised by a LADAC II and Qualified Clinical Supervisor to counsel and aid individuals and families requiring assistance with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders, by performing the essential duties. By reason of proficiency and aptitude, will be assigned additional duties to aid in the day-to-day operations of the clinical program and given the opportunity to expand personal/professional skills. The Mobile Health Clinic Counselor provides counseling, support, and assistance to individuals and families in need of services and resources. Counselors assigned to the Mobile Health Unit are expected to demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to the mission of Buffalo Valley, Inc. They are responsible for contributing to the effective operation of the Mobile Health Clinic while fostering a collaborative and harmonious work environment that supports the overall success of the organization.

Provides client care and monitors the operation of the facility evenings, nights and weekends by performing the following duties.

The Mobile unit provides medical assistance along with MH/SA.   Enters all client information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) required for admission to Buffalo Valley, Inc. Represent the company in a professional manner. Employee may cover other duties as needed on the Mobile Unit. 

Full-Time LPN/Driver for a Mobile Unit- Paris, TN 

The LPN/Mobile Unit Driver provides nursing services, health screenings, patient education, medication oversight, and transportation support through the organization's mobile healthcare unit. This position is responsible for delivering quality patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring infection control compliance, and safely operating the mobile unit while supporting community-based healthcare services.

As a valued member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, the Behavioral Health Technician provides direct client support and helps ensure the safe, effective operation of the facility during evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. This role is responsible for monitoring client activities, maintaining a secure and therapeutic environment, and supporting daily operations at Buffalo Valley's Detox Facility in Nashville, Tennessee.
