Enters all client information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) required for admission to Buffalo Valley, Inc at our Hohenwald, TN facility.
Responsible for care of individuals located in Castalian Springs, TN.
As a member of the case management team, assesses the needs of clients and coordinates community resources to assist clients in obtaining permanent housing.
Designs and develops system-level software and provides systems support
Provides client care and monitors the operation of the facility evenings, nights and weekends by performing the following duties.
Assists the maintenance supervisor in providing for maintenance needs for all Buffalo Valley, Inc. sites of operation.

By reason of proficiency and aptitude, has been assigned additional duties to aid in the day-to-day operations of the clinical program and given the opportunity to expand personal/professional supervisory skills. Substance abuse counselors must have a responsibility and a dedication to the overall harmonious functioning of Buffalo Valley, Inc. at our Hohenwald, TN location for our Male population.
