Buffalo Valley is seeking individuals in long-term recovery from substance use disorders to serve as Recovery Navigators. In this meaningful role, Recovery Navigators engage with patients in hospital settings who have experienced an overdose, are undergoing withdrawal, or have been identified with a primary substance use disorder. Through compassionate support, advocacy, and the power of lived experience, Navigators help connect individuals to treatment programs, recovery resources, and ongoing support services.

The primary goal of this program is to reduce repeat overdoses and increase access to treatment and recovery services by meeting individuals at critical moments in their recovery journey. Recovery Navigators provide encouragement, guidance, and hope by sharing their personal recovery experiences and helping patients navigate the path toward lasting recovery.

Buffalo Valley is looking for a skilled and experienced Dietary Aide/Technician to manage daily food service operation in a dynamic detox facility, supporting the nutritional needs of clients in a safe and efficient environment.

As a member of the case management team, assesses the needs of clients and coordinates community resources to assist clients in obtaining permanent housing.

As a valued member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, the Behavioral Health Technician provides direct client support and helps ensure the safe, effective operation of the facility during evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. This role is responsible for monitoring client activities, maintaining a secure and therapeutic environment, and supporting daily operations at Buffalo Valley's Detox Facility in Nashville, Tennessee.

Designs and develops system-level software and provides systems support

Drives minibus, van, or car to transport clients, or company personnel in TN during weekday, evenings and weekends, as needed
