In this meaningful role, Recovery Navigators engage with patients in hospital settings who have experienced an overdose, are undergoing withdrawal, or have been identified with a primary substance use disorder. Through compassionate support, advocacy, and the power of lived experience, Navigators help connect individuals to treatment programs, recovery resources, and ongoing support services.

    The primary goal of this program is to reduce repeat overdoses and increase access to treatment and recovery services by meeting individuals at critical moments in their recovery journey.
